What to send

Bug reports — which tool you used (Protect, Unlock, Compress, Merge, Split or Image to PDF), what you expected and what actually happened. Browser name and version help a lot.
Feedback and suggestions — anything that felt confusing, or a feature you would find useful.
General questions — about how the tools work or about the Privacy Policy.

Please do not attach the PDFs or images you were working on. Since everything is processed locally, the file is not needed to understand a bug — and it is safer not to send sensitive documents by email.

What to expect

This is an independent project run by one person in their spare time, so replies are not guaranteed and may take a while. Genuine bug reports are read and appreciated, but there is no support commitment, no service-level agreement and no guaranteed response time.

Forms

There is no contact form here on purpose. SecurePDFNow is a static site with no backend, so a form would have nowhere to send its data — email is the reliable option.
